How can i pull out the glove box to get to the ECU

My 1991lexus ls400 is staying in first gear and when push the break pedal the reverse light goes on and the whole car shuts off for a split second. Was told that the Condensers could be leaking in the ECU. And I am having a hella of a time trying to pull out the glove box Thanks for your time
