Why can't I see my menu?

Umm I'm confused explain in detail please.

do you mean menu on dash lights? if so there is a dimmer knob to the left of steering wheel

Menu button to the right of my touch screen.

the bulb maybe out in the knob or the circuit board has a bad spot creating no pwr to the portion
