What causes your programmed radio stations to erase every time u start your car?

you have two power supply wires to your radio, one for main operation voltage and one for you menory and clock, sounds like one of your fuses may be blown

There is a 10 Amp and 20 Amp fuse in the fuse box marked Radio1 and Radio2 one of these two fuse are blown.
