After replacing a brand new fuel pump why would I be not getting fuel

I have a 2003 Lexus IS 300 I have had a major tuneup done to my vehicle which includes coils, spark plugs etc. I have also had my fuel pump replaced once the fuel pump was replaced my car will no longer start and I’m getting no gas to my vehicle please we are at a loss somebody tell me something helpful
