What is your question?
When it stops, no air blows at all. When it starts again, it's perfect. It never started the last time I drove it.

By not blowing, I am assuming that the fan motor that pushes the air through the vents is not working. I would start at the control panel, remove it and start wiggling wires all the way down to the blower motor, looking for a loose connection. that is usually the cause ror intermittent concerns like this.
