All the lights blink on the dash. It seems like maybe a bad ground or something but at night I have no lights on the dash and none of the gauges work including speed ometer. All the gauges attemt to work when the blinking starts

All the interior lights on the dash are out. They blink off and on from time to time. When they come on all my gauges work including speed ometer and I can see the milage on the vehicle but when they go out none of the gauges works. My check engine light is not on. I don't know if it's the cluster or just a ground or a short somewhere

Having a wiring diagram and checking the connectors at the cluster would be a good start. If you find the cluster is powered but nothing illuminates, then the cluster is the concern. If you find intermittent power to the cluster, then you have to trace wiring.
