If the Fuse to the 12v outlet / cigarette light is fine, why isn't it working? I am a rideshare, courier and delivery driver. I neeed to have my phone charged at all times and have been struggling BADLY and have been having to buy portable battery packs just to keep afloat. I can't pinpoint what exactly the issue is. This car isn't even old yet.

How long has your 2014 Lexus IS250 had this problem?

Since we bought it pre-owned.

Hello, if the fuse is fine, perhaps the socket is not. You'll need to check for power and ground in the socket. I've seen sockets fail, although it's usually because they get damaged. Power to the connector but not to the socket would indicate a failed socket. Hands on testing is needed.
