CHECK HEADLIGHT SYSTEM error light on dash, what are the possible reasons for this?

I had my car worked on the past few weeks. They replaced the a/c compressor and evaporator. They had to take apart my entire dash as well to complete the job I guess. Now 3 days after I picked up the car a "CHECK HEADLIGHT SYSTEM" warning is showing on the dash. I've had this warning before and the height sensor by the rear driver side tire was upside down. So i checked there first and it's still in the proper position so it's not the rear sensor. I checked the front sensor and im not sure if its aligned right or not. Any ideas?
