My IS250 is great but the 'touch screen' just stopped working. ?

What is your question?

The screen shows each area like audio, GPS map, menu etc... but when I touch screen, no response...Poof, one day it works and the next it doesn't. Its never come back, just stopped working. Any ideas?

We need to make the unit has power first. Needs to be diagnosed.

Sounds like the touch screen unit may have an issue. We do see them fail occasionally. If it is indeed an internal issue with the touch screen unit we can send out to be repaired.
