how much to put in a new timing chain

I have a 2006 GX470. I was told (by several different technincans) timing belts should be changed between 90 - 110k. At the same time the water pump should be changed due to the diffculty to replace. Range of cost was $900, $1100 (auto repair shops) to $2200 at the dealership.
