If the fuse is verified to be good so that circuit does not have an issue, the only remaining possible causes of your concern are the switch or motor. If there is "no sound" it might be that the switch isn't working properly. You'll want to make sure there are not restrictions causing the seat to not move also...this could certainly result in "no sound".
