When the car is switched off, there is a clicking sound coming through the door speaker. If left alone, the battery will be drained. Removing the radio fuse prevents the problem and the battery does not drain. However the screen for the radio, heater and back up camera will not work with the fuse removed.

Hello, this sounds like an audio unit concern. It's hard to say, but this is where I would start looking. Typically these audio units are only repairable by repair facilities that focus on and specialize in repairing factory equipped audio systems in vehicles. Finding one of these near you is the place to start.
