My dashboard on my 2003 Lexus had cracked from one end to the other.

Yes, my 2004 gx470 has a cracked dash. The crack runs from driver side to passenger side. This happened in 2009 and my lexus is mainly garaged kept. It's unsightly and makes the resale value low. Lexus needs to fix this before I buy another.

My 2003 GX470 has a horribly cracked dash board. A couple years ago, I raised a stink with every avenue I could. (I read there is a class action suit in Australia about the cracks.) I finally got Lexus to say that they would supply the new dash, but I would have to pay the dealer $500 to install it. I began negotiation with the dealer (where I had purchased 3 Lexus) and they would not budge on the price. I decided to live with the dash and NEVER purchase another Lexus. I am so done with them! Since then, I have accessorized the cracks with rhinestones and duck tape. I call it my "Glam Hooptie Lexus".
