evap codes P043E, P043P, P1604, P2401, P2402, AND P2419 and 4LO light flashing

if the check engine light is flashing,DO NOT DRIVE IT,PERIOD!

All of these codes except for the 1604 are referring to your EVAP system, need to find a shop that can [perform that type of diagnosis for you. The P1604 is a different code which refers to a startability issue... (lexus terms) again you need to find a shop that can perform that particular diagnosis.
