Installation of cabin air filter

Mastertech6371 Roy -- Thanks for coming back to me on the Lexus GS 400 cabin air filter. I am blind or a klutz, but I can't see or feel a "bolt that secures a 'hold cable' ". Where is the "hold cable?" I see three (3) screws along the top of the box. I removed them, but the BOX does not release. Sign me Stumped.
