Seems This is a common problem with Toyota/Lexus. Supposedly you can reprogram it or something. I tried pulling the fuses and it began working but after a few days it stopped. Now I pulled the fuses again and it does nothing.
Hello, I'm not seeing any relevant service bulletins from Lexus about any common concerns. It does not appear that simply pulling fuses is going to solve anything - you'll need to have some testing done to the components and systems in question to find out what is happening. Good luck.
