The bulb probobly needs to be replaced , but check the fuse first. there is a left and right side fuse for the headlamps in a fuse box under the hood on the drivers side. If the fuses are good its most likely the bulb is bad .If its HID your lookin' at $216.00 EACH at lexus or $75.00 on Ebay Good Luck.
