PCV VALVE STUCK / P0171 P0174 P1780

What is your question?

pcv valve is stuck trying to replace but the grommet as well is tough as hell cant get it out do u think using those clamp pliers would work i ordered some for a friend to drop off in a little bit im here at work rn. also how do i fix the P0171 and 174 code im replacing the pcv cause i heard hissing near it which seems like it was that because it does move when you moved it side to side. also will replacing the safety switch fix 1780 it said park neutral switch mafunction and transmission solenoid switch circuit.

How long has your 2001 Lexus GS300 had this problem?
