Sounds like an issue with or affecting the hydraulic control assembly for the VSC and ABS systems. There is a relay for one thing, and the system could also have incurred a general failure. Testing needs to be performed, starting with trouble codes being retrieved with a suitable diagnostic tool, and then troubleshooting from there.
