I just change the water pump and timing belt but the car still over heats y is that

Could be an air pocket in the cooling system, blown head gasket, inoperative radiator cooling fan or several other things. Best to have a technician diagnose this issue, and don't let it overheat any more or you wil damage the engine.

I had the same problem, changed themostat, and radiator I started to change heads $$$$$, but only needed a new heating coil ( cooling system issue )....$180, but now I have other new parts so its OK.....hope this helps....1994 GS300 173,000mil
