replace code 14, igniter and car does not start, code is not cleared.

Hello, Clear it at any time you wish. If you did have a bad igniter, it will go away and car will start, if you did not have a bad igniter, check the circuit to make sure the igniter is able to feedback to the PCM (continuity between PCM and connector)
