What is your question?
It looks like there are two empty slots next to the camera and head-up display switches, that are located on the left side of the dashboard. My question: I'm pretty sure that those are supposed to be hot only when the ignition is on. I would like to add a third switch there (next to those two), to control my radar detector. It looks like there are two empty slots there. I want the radar detector to go on and off with the ignition switch, and in addition, I want to be able to shut the detector off while I am driving sometimes. If possible, I could add a switch next to the two existing switches, that would be perfect. This way, the radar detector would be hard wired plus I would have the option of shutting it off at will. I could purchase an additional switch from Lexus parts at dealership. Also, I need to know how to remove and replace those switches… do those switches snap in and out. I have a 2020 Lexus Es350 Ultra Luxury.

Hello, any "empty slots" are intended only for Lexus provided switches in accordance with factory options. In theory, you can install something in the "dummy switch" slot, but all wiring and powering of the switches would be based on how you hook it all up. There is no Lexus published procedure, as they do not intend the slots to be filled after manufacturing of the vehicle. Seek the guidance of a local aftermarket component installer to navigate in the best way.
