So my Lexus suddenly on a long road trip started acting up by becoming non-responsive to any of the control knobs. Wouldn't turn off, change channels, volume not responding from steering wheel or directly on radio volume knob. Every time car is turned off it resets and work fine.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Turning off car then restarting temporarily fixes it
How long has your 2015 Lexus ES350 had this problem?
Did it once about 2 weeks ago then on a 900 mile road trip it has gotten much worse and frequent

I am having a sililiar issue on my 2015 Lexus GS 350. Have you found the cause yet? My 2015 Lexus GS 350 Sport. Yesterday on a 140 mile drive, the radio locked up and I was unable to raise/lower volume, unable to turn off the radio or control navigation. The steering wheel radio/phone functions would not respond either. I got home, turned off vehicle and restarted it and everything worked ok. I have only driven the vehicle once after the incident and everything is ok so far. Vehicle only has 19,500 miles. Are others experiencing this condition and heard of a fix?
