The dealer in Orlando said my 2010 ES350 had synthetic oil needing change every 10,000 miles. The Lexus dealer in NJ says the car has regular oil needing change evry 5,000 miles. Can I begin using synthetic oil in the car? I was told I couldn't convert to synthetic on my 2003 Highlander.

Stick with the regular oil. Sometimes a synthetic will cause deposits to break loose and plug oil drillings. Use good oil such as castrol 5w30. Change at 5K.
ES 350 oil cap states 5w-30. Stick to conventional oil and replace every 5000 miles as stated in owners manual.
