2008 Lexus E-350 - Do I need a water pump?

What is your question?

Do I need a water pump? The water pump I have is not leaking. There is a slightly deductible whirling noise which Iï¸ am told is the water pump. I was told That there is give in the pulley and that the pump is worn and can go at any time. Sound reasonable or not?

What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2008 Lexus ES350 had this problem?

Just a few days. Vehicle was not ran for 6 months prior
