What is your question?
Any recommendations? I'm looking to spend $100 to $150/tire. But I'm going crazy with all the different brands. after awhile it's like looking to buy eyeglasses they all look the same! I live in Florida in my wife drives the Lexus so I'm looking for good tires that handle well in the rain. Someone said to stay away from Goodyear. No reason was given.

Goodyear makes fine tires. Whoever told you that may have heard gossip or had a problem he associated with Goodyears. Any of the big name brands have tires built for rain, you'll have to shop around to find what you like in your price range. The best deals are usually at 'Big Box' stores. Rain tires are designed with large grooves and made to channel water out from under the tread as the tire rolls. I recommend you ask a Lexus specialist what he thinks are good choices for your needs. NYPTBLUE: Thanks, the statement came from a former Sears Auto service employee on RepairPal. I know Sears which had the cheapest tires (cheaper than Sam's Club & Tire Kingdom) had in the past issues with underhanded sales practices in their Auto Service a few years back so I had my doubts of giving them my business. Which by the way I did and wound up with 4 new BF Goodrich tires at $160/pop.
