Get the exhaust flow checked. Suspect a clogged or failing catalytic converter.

Same answer as above.......have exhaust flow checked first for restricted flow. (Also check transmission fluid level and fluid for metal sparkle flakes to indicate a possible issue). Exhaust testing is much cheaper than popping in a transmission.....be sure before you invest that much money.
