What is your question?
I have a 2002 es 300. I have changed the battery and alternator they are both new and yet it still wont start and has to be jumped off. When it gets jumped off it cranks immediately. Also when i'm idling, like in traffic or a stop light the battery charges and dashboard light go off but if I'm driving, all my dashboard lights come on and feels like the car is going to cut off at any second. Which that seems opposite of how it should be. I thought it would charge more when driving. I don't know what else it could be. I don't have a stereo system or anything else extra that's plugged in to drain the battery. I seen where a taillight out could be the Issue and i do have a light out . When i charge my battery its within a few miles that the battery light comes back on. I cant charge my phone or use lights or radio at all. I've checked the terminals and I've even change the relay switches under the hood. I'm at a loss... please help

If you have a battery light illuminating, it means there is a fault in the charging system. "New" alternator or not, something is wrong. Perhaps it's the way it is wired? Any damage or modifications there? Look at the wiring connector to the alternator itself -- any signs of overheating, burnt terminals or melted hard shell connector? Cabling, wiring -- almost sounds like something is installed backwards, even though that seems unlikely. If nothing else, have that "new" alternator checked -- they can be ineffective also, even as new. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
