What is your question?
MY CAR LEXUS 300ES 2001 HAS ONLY 87000MILES.I WAS TOLD THAT MY BUSHINGS ARE CRACKED AND THAT I NEED THE REPLACEMENT OF CONTROL ARMS 1..WHAT MAY BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF DELAYING THIS REPAIR? SO FAR I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY UNDESIRABLE SYMPTOMS WHICH COULD BE LINKED TO THE BUSHINGS PROBLEM. 2WHAT SHOULD BE THE APPROXIMATE COST OF THE PARTS AND LABOR? 3 IS THE WHEELS ALIGNMENT NECESSARY FOLLOWING REPLACEMENT OF THE CONTROL ARMS?

You may get some uneven tire wear, the ride not be as smooth as it should and you may reduce the brake distance driving on worn control arms. The biggest thing you will notice is a poor ride. The cost to replace both front control arms with an alignment should be $800 - $1,000.
Thank you for the information
Know that unless you're having problems (clunking or clicking while applying the brakes) they're probably ok. Mine 06 es330 has 94k and my control arm bushings look like hell, but they're still functioning. A lot of tire shops, in particular, will throw those in your face in an attempt to get extra work out of the job. Keep an eye on them.
