check engine light

Your VSC Vehicle Stability Control light will come on if there is an Engine fault code,This is normal.If you clear the engine light the vsc light should go out also.It uses some engine paramiters for vsc operation.Of course it could be a seperate vsc problem,but I would check that if the engine fault dont clear the vsc fault.
