I've changed all the coils,map sensor and air filter hoses light goes off every time but after a few miles comes back on again.

I was driving home and my engine light came on saying check and the Trac Off light came on,...my car feels fine....but i'm concerned

Did you replace the coils, sensor and filter based on specific codes for them? Those wouldn't be related to the traction light, but the traction light may turn on the engine light. Sounds like you may need professional diagnostics. It can become quite expensive to keep guessing on repairs.
