How do you take apart a center console that has a cigarette lighter in it

The car charger where the cigarette lighter is Ford not charge my phone. I already changed out the fuse and sucked out the junk in the lighter and use 3 different car charges but nothing works. How do you take out the old cigarette lighter in the center console to replace it with a new one for a 1997 Lexus ES 300
