Symptoms of rack & pinion? Pump replaced 4yrs ago. Last oil change replac hose??

Putting stop leak in basically throws everything off for me. Never a good idea. Can cause all kinds of issues. A variable I cannot negotiate from this point of view. If your steering gear is leaking, it's pretty obvious. Are the bellows boots full of steering fluid?
