Had to replace the crossover coolant hose. After putting the intake and plenum and everything back together the car will crank but only run for a minute. The diagnostic code reader is not able to link or communicate with the car anymore either

I had to replace the coolant crossover hose. After replacing the intake, plenum and everything else the car will only start and run for a minute. Can’t give it gas and seems to be struggling to breath. The diagnostic code reader that was working on the car is now not able to link or communicate with it. It seems electrical. What could it be
