When I attempt to start my freelander the engine doesn't turn over but i can hear the timing belts cycling and the starter as well, but after so many attempts i believe the solenoid got jammed and i have also noticed that no electricity circulating threw the spark plugs.

I'm sorry but that doesn't make any sense, The timing belt will not turn unless the engine or crankshaft turns, the starter will not turn the belts without turning the engine. If the starter is jammed it might be pushing a piston against a valve. The timing belt must be bad.
belt could be stripped of teeth that turn gears. how many miles on this timing belt?
The two on the side are brand new and the one towards the end of the engine I haven't checked
The crankshaft is turning but there is not electricity flowing towards the spark plugs, do you have to reprogram the ECM id you replace the original ?
You haven't even checked the timing belt, The accessory belts are turning, check the timing belt at the front of the engine.
I checked all four timing belts and Aldo removed the intake manifold and found the valves broken. What should I do now ?
I guess the head needs to come off and be repaired. By the way the only timing belt will be at the front of the engine and allows the crankshaft to turn the camshaft. Not all the belts are timing belts.
So what are the two belts on the left and right side of the V6 2.5 freelander engine ? And I was told that you will need a special land rover tool to adjust the timing of the engine
