Does a 2016 Kia Sportage 2.4L have an air flow sensor?

It seems my sportage has an acceleration problem. At low speed like from start it has a bit of hesitation on acceleration. I can hear a tick sound going through the lower gears. Once at speed it has no problems. No check engine light.

What makes this problem better or worse?
