When will my car be ready been waiting for almost 3 months for an engine.

Car has been in a shop referred by you guys. I spoke to max care have max care warranty they said they are covering labor and part now experts auto said I have to pay $4,000 out of pocket which I think is ridiculous I have extended warranty that covers this I only have to pay $150 deductible. I need my car I would of know it would be there for 3 months I would have never taken it there. Kia Sportage 2015. I have been getting the run around for almost 3 months definitely would not recommend the service instead of helping trying to make money of customers. Warranty approved getting new engine now that i decided to ask for a used engine because I am in need of my truck they tell me that warranty is only covering about $2,000 that is not what the warranty company told me.
