This is a Kia 2014 Rhondo 2 liter engine using oil and no leaks Where is it going? Have to add one quart every 300-400 miles.

The engine could be consuming engine oil internally. However, consuming a quart every 300-400 miles would be severe usage, and would likely leave a very evident cloud of blue smoke behind the car while it runs. I believe Kia engine's have a pretty decent factory warranty -- perhaps consult your local dealership with questions on this?
