Why it dose not get jumped up

Hello, The battery may be bad, connected incorrectly, suffer from battery terminal corrosion, the jumper cables could be damaged, or you may not be waiting long enough for the battery to charge. I recommend removing the battery and taking it to an auto parts store for a free charge and test. If it is good, yet the vehicle still will not start after charging, inspect the terminal end links for corrosion, and look for signs of animals chewing on things.
