When driven less than a mile it loses power what causes this

I have a 99 sportage and had that same problem I replaced the o2 sensors and haven't had that problem since. Now I will suggest you go to the parts store and have your truck scanned. Since I've purchased mine in November 2015 I've had that problem issues with starting and just recently replaced the crank position sensor. Also I've found that most problems are sensor related. also the places I use to get my parts from one being rockauto.com and the other was straight off of Amazon I found my crank position sensor for $19.50 and free shipping
