i keep blowing head light,driver side...ive had car since august and this will be the 3 head light change....also driver front signal blinks fast...still works but blinks fast like its blown....help?

Sounds like a short or something--maybe even a problem with the socket. Will probably be tricky to diagnose and repair. It may be a common problem and the Kia dealership may have knowledge of it.
