My dash lights do not work my running lights are always on I have changed the light bulbs I have checked all the fuses I did get my blinkers working and I can turn my brights on but I don't have no brake lights and I have oh actually I did I fixed my brake light sorry but I can't turn my regular lights on only my running lights and I have no dash lights

What makes this problem better or worse?
