I've replaced almost everything as far as a complete tune up, cleaned my mass flow sensor, battery is new, complete brake system, alternator, the whole shabang and my car still isnt starting! It just keeps turning over and over and wont actually catch and start up, can someone please help me out

Hello, "crank" and "turn over" would mean the engine components turning as driven by the starter motor. Therefore, I'm not sure what you mean. Sounds like it's cranking but not starting.
An engine requires the following to start: ignition spark, fuel delivery to the cylinders, air to the intake manifold at the proper levels, proper engine timing and sufficient engine compression. Also, ensure no anti-theft systems are in play preventing the engine from starting. Testing is needed to find out what part or parts of this formula is missing.
