Air conditioner works intermittently

What is your question?

I can hear the compressor click on, however air doesn't always blow out the vents. It's been an intermittent issue, sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn't. When the air conditioner works it blows very cold air. When it doesn't, I can feel some cold air from the vents but not like I should when the fan speed is on 4. What could be the issue?? Does it need to be charged, blower motor, a fuse?? I need some relief from the heat!!!
