Why is the steering wheel really stiff?

What is your question?

When I'm backing out or pulling in while the wheel is turned, it's extremley hard to turn and it jerks a little bit. No noise, and power steering fluid is full. Also when I'm going between 65 and 70 the wheel shakes pretty bad. Tire pressure is good and they've been balanced.

My 2005 Kia Spectra, just recently,developed a slow power steering fluid leak. It has 150,000 miles on it. Check your fluid. .
