The engine is not able to get a spark to run. Why?

The batteries are fine, the diagnostic shows no problems. When I turn the key, the pump gets activated, the check lights go on, the ignition starts, but no sparking to get the engine going. Have not driven it for 3 weeks. Nothing was wrong before. What to do?
