what else can i do to get car running and to stay running

I have new spark plugs, new alternator, and new battery terminals. The car ran fine for about 10 min after new alternator was put in. while driving it the windshield wipers started moving slowly then all power was off. car then shut off. I need help Im at the end of my rope with the car. It has 175,000 miles on it. this is the first time in 5 years since i owned the car that any major issues have occurred.
