Installed new battery and terminals but still won’t start

Installed new battery and terminals but still won’t start and has that clicking sound. Put dome light on to see what happens when trying to start it and it goes almost out like if the battery has low voltage but it is brand new so ???

Hello, new terminals? What it sounds like is a lack of good connection. I'm concerned that the terminals installed are insufficient to carry the load needed, or are of low quality, or are not attached properly. Perhaps insulation is in the way? Or corrosion? Without a physical inspection it's hard to really know. I'd recommend having a really close look there, and at the other end of each battery cable also, to ensure all connections are fully secure and connected.
