Hello, first - your vehicle seems to be under the base warranty for the vehicle, unless you have tallied an extreme amount of miles compared to what is expected at this age of a vehicle. Make sure yo are reaching out to your dealership to find out what is going on and hopefully get in-warranty assistance.
The radio and audio and phone issue is one thing, the window issue is a separate thing.
Make sure you explain both issues as independent ones -- so they get proper attention from your local Kia dealership service department.
As far as the phone and radio blanking out during calls, it is true that the phone you are using and any cable (if applicable) or Bluetooth connection could be the main cause of that problem. I find that most often the vehicle is fine and works as designed, but the phone or its software is suspect and needs updated.
Make sure your phone software is updated to the latest level, and that I you are using a cable that it is the original cable the phone came with - not a non original knock off brand. This can make all the difference.
