What is your question?
The front turn signals on my 2016 Kia Soul+ intermittently stop working and its becoming more common. When they do stop working the rear tail lights still work and turning on the hazards only makes the rear blinks come on. The battery was replaced in 2022. I already tried replacing the bulb on one side when the turn signal originally stopped working and it didn't solve the problem.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Turning the car off for a bit and back on sometimes makes the blinkers work again

This is an unusual concern, and I would usually suggest making sure you have correct application bulbs installed in the front turn signals. If the wrong bulbs are installed they may not work all the time or properly. However, something else in the circuit could be causing a problem. This will require hands-on circuit testing at the individual wires and components they connect to. Need a voltmeter/ohmmeter, workshop manual and wiring diagram and even a diagnostic tool that can help assist in the diagnostic process. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
